Shipping and Delivery
We utilize various shipping methods to deliver our products. Our large custom designs typically ship within 6-8 weeks. Our ready to ship designs typically ship within 5-7 days. If you need your order sooner, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
We cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or inclement weather.
Shipping Damage: We take care in packaging your order, but in the event that your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at wondermossart@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Return and Refund Policy
Returns: Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to request a replacement.

Refunds: Product purchases and Consulting fees are non-refundable. If your product is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and issue replacement as appropriate.
